  • 1985

    Development of the first COBRA Administration System

    Development of the first PC-based DOS. COBRA administrative system including tracking critical dates, generating communications and collecting and managing ongoing COBRA payments.

  • 1987

    Development of the first Interactive Voice Response (IVR) for benefits enrollment

    Development of the first internet-base benefits enrollment system for Bell Atlantic.

  • 1988

    Development of the first Windows-based (Win386) Benefit Administration Module

    Development of the first Windows-based PC Benefits Administration system.

  • 1995

    Development of the first Internet benefits enrollment system

    Development of the first internet-base benefits enrollment system for Apple and Oracle.

  • 2000

    State of California 2020 Project

    Strategic project to establish the direction of the State of California's HR and Payroll Systems to the year 2020. Joint project with Controllers office (Payroll), Department of Employment and California State University System.

  • 2005

    HR-STAR Established

    First consulting engagement for the Hospital of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP). Selection and implementation of new pension plan administrator for pension plans for all the hospitals of Ontario.

  • 2007

    Ascension Health Project

    Pension Plan Administration Process improvement project. Reducing redundancy and costs, streamline administration for one of the largest systems in the USA.

  • 2010

    First Private Healthcare Exchange

    Healthcare exchange developed for the State of Florida, and marketed to carriers and brokers.

  • 2017

    Broker Call Center Project

    Designed and implemented the first three tier multi-channel call center for Arthur J Gallagher. Developed using ServiceCloud (from Salesforce).

  • 2020

    PEO Merger Consolidation

    Merging benefits administration processes and realigning the organizational structures of 30 newly acquired local PEOs Venture Capital Driven

  • 2022

    First True Mobile-Centric Benefits Enrollment System

    Created the first mobile-centric application for a large provider of PEO software.
